Aaron currently serves as Support Lead at Writer since January 2024. Previously, Aaron held the position of Solutions Engineer at Hummingbird from March 2023 to October 2023 and worked as a Support Engineer at Gong from August 2022 to February 2023. Prior to these roles, Aaron also contributed as a Support Engineer at Calendly from May 2019 to August 2022 and served as a Support Advisor at Apple from 2013 until December 2018.
