Bridget Heaton

Bridget Heaton is an experienced professional in customer marketing and community building, currently serving as the Director of Customer Marketing at WRITER since July 2025, where responsibilities include developing customer marketing programs and enhancing customer experiences. As the founder of Bridget Heaton Consulting since September 2021, Bridget focuses on creating effective community and marketing strategies. Prior roles include Head of Customer Marketing at Slack, where leadership of the global enterprise customer program took place, and Head of Community at Collibra, responsible for enhancing digital customer experiences. Bridget has a strong background in customer advocacy, having launched community initiatives and engagement programs at Collibra and Schoology, where significant growth in customer participation and retention was achieved. Educational credentials include a certification in Digital Marketing from General Assembly and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from St. Lawrence University.
