Darya Kulyk

Darya Kulyk is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic management with a diverse background across various industries. At LaunchDarkly since September 2019, Darya has advanced from an Enterprise and Federal Customer Success Manager to a Sr. Strategic Customer Success Manager, focusing on digital transformation for government agencies and private sector leaders. Prior experience includes roles at Sisense as a Customer Success Manager, and Rewards Network as a Strategic Account Manager, where Darya drove customer management and retention strategies. Earlier roles encompassed project management at firms such as Gargiulo + Partners and Berzak-Schoen Consultants, as well as general management in the hospitality sector. Darya holds a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics from the Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, coupled with Economics from Hunter College.
