Leila Tan

Leila Tan is a seasoned professional in customer success and onboarding management, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at WRITER since August 2025. With prior experience at Instabase and Encord, where Leila managed customer success initiatives and founded the Customer Success function, Leila established essential internal and external processes. Leila's tenure at Tessian included creating the Onboarding Team and streamlining client adoption of software across various industries. Earlier roles at PatSnap focused on client onboarding and tailored service delivery. Leila holds an MChem in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and has engaged in various leadership roles, including serving as President of the St Hugh's College Chemistry Society.
