Mohammad Shaker

Mohammad Shaker is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at WRITER since August 2025, Mohammad previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at SpatialX from March 2024 to August 2025, where contributions included leading the development of an AI-powered platform for cancer detection and curing. A notable tenure as Head of Engineering at Noon from April 2022 to March 2024 saw responsibility for improving educational access for millions of students. As the Founder and CEO/CTO of Alphazed, from May 2020 to April 2022, Mohammad architected a gamified education platform. Other roles include Software Engineering Team Lead at Neurofenix and Full Stack Engineer at Squla, with early career experience as a Software Engineer and Programming Languages Instructor. Academic achievements include a Master of Science from Grenoble INP - UGA and a Bachelor of Engineering from Damascus University, alongside a background in graphic design from the California Institute of the Arts.
