Prashant Das

Prashant Das is currently the Head of Growth at Writesonic, leading the People function during a period of rapid international expansion. They previously served as a Senior Director at Dropbox, overseeing HR operations during the company’s IPO, and as Vice President at Asana, where they spearheaded global HR initiatives post-COVID. Prashant's career began in organizational psychology and evolved through consulting and various HR roles, culminating in building effective people teams. They are also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Public Policy from Tulane University and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
