Jonathan Söderling

Jonathan Söderling has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jonathan is currently working as the Head of Operations at Wrknest since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Powerlifting Coach at Mirakelprogrammet starting from May 2020. Jonathan also served as a Tech Recruiter at Mathem from August 2020 to August 2021. Their extensive experience at Academic Work Sweden includes roles such as Recruitment Consultant from February 2017 to August 2020, Operations Team Manager from April 2019 to April 2020, Operations Coach from September 2018 to April 2019, Consultant Manager within Technology from January 2015 to February 2017, and Staffing and Recruitment Assistant from September 2013 to January 2015.

Jonathan Söderling completed their education at Södertörn University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in the field of study of Personalvetenskap/Psykologi. In addition to their degree, Jonathan also earned several certifications. In October 2018, they obtained certifications in Map and Matrigma from Assessio. Jonathan also obtained certifications in OPQ and Verify from CEB in February 2017.
