Nigel Soon

Nigel Soon is a Senior Technology Leader with extensive experience in software engineering and system administration. They began their career as a Unix System Administrator at Advanis and later transitioned to a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager, where they led a team delivering custom reporting solutions. Nigel has held significant roles at PwC Australia, including Director of Technology Lead, where they transformed software platforms and managed multi-million dollar projects. As the Head of Engineering at Wrkr, they focus on building scalable systems and leading high-performing teams. Nigel earned a Bachelor of Information Technology from Flinders University.
