James Hay is an experienced professional in procurement, sustainability, and environmental consulting, currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Due Diligence and Senior Consultant at WRM since July 2019. Prior to this role, James gained extensive experience as a Senior Consultant and Environmental Consultant at WRM, as well as a Sustainability Intern, where project management of regulatory impact reports was key. Previous positions include Barman at Bertram Lawn Tennis Club and Call Centre Assistant for the University of Leeds, where customer engagement and administrative skills were developed. James holds an MSc in Sustainability and Consultancy and a BSc in Geography, both from the University of Leeds, and has engaged in various volunteer roles focused on sustainability and community support during earlier educational years.
