Abby Sasser currently serves as the Head of Talent and Partnerships at WRTHY, a social impact agency, leading a new division focused on mobilizing artists and influencers to address global challenges. Prior to this role, Abby held various key positions at The ONE Campaign, including Acting Department Head for Brand + Creative, Senior Director for Artists & Creative Partnerships, and Director of Artist + Entertainment Industry Relations, where strategies were developed to engage high-profile individuals in advocacy and awareness initiatives. With a strong background in community engagement from YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, where Abby cultivated partnerships and managed volunteer programs, and earlier experience in artist management and promotions, Abby combines creative leadership with a commitment to social change. Abby earned a Master’s degree in Civic Leadership from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from the University of Surrey.
