Alex Dockery

Alex Dockery is an experienced attorney with a focus on litigation and construction law. With a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Alex has held various positions, including Associate Attorney at Walsworth Franklin Bevins & McCall and Goulston & Storrs, where responsibilities included managing tort cases and representing clients in transactional matters. At Shawmut Design and Construction, Alex engaged in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, providing risk management guidance, and managing outside counsel. Notable experience includes representing an EPC Contractor in multiple ICDR Arbitrations involving a significant power plant project. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Litigation and Construction at WS Development, Alex continues to apply expertise in legal strategy and contract management.
