Arielle Weston

Arielle Weston has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arielle currently holds the position of Director of Asset Strategy & Experience at WS Development since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Amazon as a Sr. Research Manager in the Real Estate department from January 2022 to February 2023.

Arielle also has experience at JLL, where they held multiple roles including Manager of Investor Research from June 2018 to September 2020, Senior Research Analyst in National Retail Capital Markets from March 2017 to June 2018, and Research Analyst in National Retail Capital Markets from October 2015 to March 2017.

Before joining JLL, Arielle worked as a Real Estate Associate and Community Development Fellow at DL3 Realty, L.P. from January 2015 to July 2015. Arielle also had a role as a Law Clerk at Rudolph Kaplan LLC from September 2013 to December 2014.

Arielle started their career as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Judge Frederick J. Kapala at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois from May 2013 to August 2013.

Arielle Weston completed their education at two different institutions. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a focus on English. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued their legal education at DePaul University College of Law from 2012 to 2015, ultimately obtaining a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.).
