Brennan Clarke

Brennan Clarke is an experienced property management professional currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at WS Development since March 2023. Prior to this role, Brennan worked as a Community Consultant and in Property Operations at AvalonBay Communities from June 2021 to February 2023 and May 2020 to August 2020, respectively, focusing on resident needs and leasing apartments. Earlier experience includes a position on the Grounds Crew at Cummings Properties in 2019, where maintenance of property landscapes was a primary responsibility, and as a Caddie at Winchester Country Club from June 2012 to August 2018, which fostered strong interpersonal skills. Brennan also gained sales experience as a Salesperson at Vector Marketing in late 2017.
