Gregory Schaefer

Gregory Schaefer, CPA.CITP, earned a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University from 1989 to 1993. They began their career as an Auditor at Braver PC from 1995 to 1997, followed by a role as Audit Senior at CBIZ Tofias from 1997 to 2000. Gregory served as Assistant Controller at The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. from 1999 to 2005 and held multiple positions at The RMR Group, including Director of Financial Reporting and Senior Director of REIT Accounting through 2007. They later worked as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller at Sonesta Hotels from 2017 to 2019 and are currently the Portfolio Controller at WS Development since 2024.
