Katie Ainley started their career in Human Resources as a Student Intern at Women and Infants Hospital before moving on to work as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services. Currently, Katie holds the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at WS Development, where Katie has also worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Coordinator. Katie is a Providence College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Policy and Management.
