Liz McLay

Liz McLay serves as the Vice President of Leasing at WS Development since September 2022 and is the Founder and Chief Development Officer of McLay Consulting, providing real estate consulting and brokerage services since January 2018. With extensive experience in retail leasing and innovation, Liz previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Leasing at Mall of America from October 2013 to January 2018, where significant retail strategies were developed. Prior to that, Liz was the Vice President of Leasing at Brookfield Properties from 2005 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate and Hospitality and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Recognized for a passion for placemaking, Liz aims to enhance retail environments by creating memorable experiences that foster connections between people and brands.
