Lyndsey Arute

Lyndsey Arute is an experienced Design Manager at WS Development since August 2012, specializing in managing the design interface between external architectural consultants, proposed tenants, and the leadership team, while enhancing the aesthetic and customer experience of existing assets. Previous roles include Planning and Design Coordinator and Assistant Project Coordinator within the same company, focusing on developing conceptual site plans, creating 3D architectural models, and maintaining asset documentation. Earlier experience includes working as an Architectural Drafter at The Dennis Group, where Lyndsey drafted plans for food manufacturing plants, and served as a Math Tutor at Roger Williams University while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Architecture History. Additionally, Lyndsey completed studies at Istanbul Technical University and Middle East Technical University in 2011.
