Meghan Hickey

Meghan Hickey is a professional in tenant construction management, currently serving as the Tenant Construction Manager at WS Development since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Designer and Technology Designer at WSP, where Meghan specialized in mechanical and security designs for residential high rises, laboratories, and university campuses using Revit and AutoCAD, and conducted heating and cooling load calculations as per ASHRAE guidelines. Previous internships at Arup provided foundational experience in security engineering. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, awarded in 2017.
