Nick Margitza

Nick Margitza has extensive experience in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Leasing at WS Development since June 2016, with prior roles including Director of Leasing, Senior Leasing Representative, Leasing Representative, and Leasing Associate within the same company. Margitza's earlier experience includes work as a Courthouse Assistance Project Intern at the Maine Volunteer Lawyers Project, a U.S. Senate Intern for U.S. Senator Angus S. King, Jr., and a Legal Intern at the 8th District Court of Maine. Margitza earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Bates College in 2016 and participated in a Study Abroad Semester Program at the University of Otago starting in 2014, following high school graduation from Waterville Senior High School in 2012.
