Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller is currently the Director of Support Services- Information Systems at WS Development since October 2019. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Aptus Health from August 2012 to October 2019, holding various roles such as Customer Service Manager, Helpdesk Team Supervisor, and Customer Service Lead. Ryan successfully managed teams, created training manuals, expanded Help Desk services to support multiple offices, and resolved product/policy issues for customers. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Becker College, as well as a degree in Audio Engineering from The New England Institute of Art.
