WSC World Sporting Consulting Ltd WSC Ltd was founded by Marcello Lotti and is active in car racing as promoter and rule-maker.
The company has built itself an international reputation by conceiving and launching the TCR in 2015, the category that has completely reshaped Touring Car competition on a global level.
Since its inception, WSC – owner of the TCR brand and technical regulations – has licensed more than thirty championships and series all over the world, including the Kumho FIA TCR World Tour, which is the pinnacle of Touring Car Racing and the ultimate development of the category's World Championship .
The mission of the Group is to promote Touring Car competition worldwide through the conception and control of common and affordable technical regulations.
In the wake of TCR success, WSC is focusing on the application of the same concept to sustainable mobility. 
After launching ETCR, the first global multi-brand racing category for electric Touring Cars. An experience that is currently being used to draft new technical regulations for a new generation of electric-powered racing cars.
As the next step towards cleaner motorsport, WSC is developing a plug-in Hybrid kit for TCR cars that supplies additional power to the internal combustion engine by recovering energy during deceleration. This results in a significant reduction of the emissions without affecting performance.
