Marcel Donga has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Marcel started their career as an Information Technology Trainee at EPCOS in 2008. Marcel then worked as a Software Developer at Banrisul, where they maintained legacy code in .NET, ASP, ASP.NET, C#, VB, and Java. Marcel subsequently joined CWI Software as a Tech Lead - .Net Software Engineer, managing a team of 5 people and building .NET and Oracle SOA applications for Unimed Porto Alegre. Marcel was later hired to be responsible for the company's integration area. At Unimed Porto Alegre, Marcel served as an Oracle Database Administrator, optimizing database performance and managing resources. Marcel also worked as an Oracle SOA developer, handling integrations between hospitals, labs, and internal systems. Marcel then joined Resource IT Solutions as an Oracle SOA Developer for DELL, developing and maintaining the middleware layer, creating integrations, and supporting integrated tests with the Salesforce team. Marcel continued their career as a Senior .NET Developer at NATEK, where they mainly focused on migrating old UI from Silverlight/WPF to Angular and providing backend support for the Java team. Marcel also worked at WSCAD GmbH - ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, leading a team and contributing to software development. Marcel later joined INNODOX Technologies as a Solution Architect and FEV Software and Testing Solutions as a Software Developer.
