Stephen Britton

Stephen Britton is the Chief Operating Officer at WSD, where they oversee project delivery, implement operational excellence, and manage resources for optimal project outcomes. Previously, they served as Director at Barclays Investment Bank, leading initiatives in technology resourcing and delivering strategic digital improvements. Stephen also held various roles at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank, including Equities Citizenship Lead, where they organized financial literacy workshops and fundraising efforts. They are currently pursuing a degree in Economics at the University of Nottingham.
