John Earnest

John Earnest is an experienced education and technology professional currently serving as Senior Manager for the Technology Program at the Washington School for Girls since August 2016. Prior to this role, John taught Social Studies at St. Mary of the Mills School and Alexandria City Public Schools, where responsibilities included curriculum development, lesson planning, and fostering student relationships. John has a strong educational background with a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology and a Master of Arts in European History from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from The Catholic University of America. Additional experience includes various roles in customer service, maintenance, and internships, showcasing a diverse skill set and commitment to student success and community engagement.
