Tim Repass

Tim Repass is the managing partner of Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, LLP's Seattle office, where they handle complex civil litigation spanning construction, employment, environmental, professional liability, and insurance coverage. With extensive experience as lead trial counsel, Tim has successfully tried high exposure jury cases to verdict and is also active as an arbitrator in King County Superior Court. Previously, they served as an associate attorney at Salmi & Gillaspy, PLLC and Lee Smart, P.S., Inc., focusing on various civil litigation matters. Tim earned a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington.
