Joseph Towns

Joseph Towns is a Senior Software Engineer III at WSIPC, where responsibilities include programming, troubleshooting complex software issues, and providing onsite and remote consultation to a state-wide client base. With a career at Washington Schools Information Processing Cooperative since 1988, Joseph has a strong background in software performance optimization and client satisfaction. From 2000 to 2010, Joseph served as President of WaPUG. Joseph holds an Associate in Technical Arts degree in Computer Science from Everett Community College, earned between 1985 and 1988.
