Shellie Rowe has a diverse work experience in various roles. Shellie started their career in 1996 as a Technical Trainer at Premera Blue Cross, where they identified and prioritized technical training needs and conducted courses to meet those needs. In 1998, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, providing consultation and advising on design specifications and requirements. Shellie conducted research and analysis to assess system modifications and developed comprehensive test plans. In 2000, they joined WSIPC as the Product Support & Services Director, where they were responsible for establishing and enforcing service level agreements, overseeing help desk operations, and managing client training programs. Shellie also led the Migration Project Team responsible for converting datasets to a new software platform.
