Liane C. is an experienced professional in customer success and operations with a strong background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Customer Success Manager at WSO2 since April 2022, Liane previously played a pivotal role as a Founding Member of CS Ladies, a volunteer initiative aimed at supporting women in Customer Success. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Odoo and Business Operations Consultant at Instituto Zero, as well as managerial positions at Tigabytes, where significant improvements in productivity and customer satisfaction were achieved. Liane also served as Country Manager for Tigabytes in Brazil, overseeing various operational areas.
