Daniel Viotto is an experienced media professional with a solid foundation in journalism and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Managing Editor and News Anchor for Telemundo Charlotte at WSOC-TV Eyewitness News since June 2018, Daniel has previously held the role of Digital Strategist at Cox Media Group from April 2014 to June 2018. Daniel's extensive background includes positions as a News Anchor and Producer for CNN en Español from January 1997 to January 2011, a News Reporter at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises from 1994 to 1996, and a Freelance Reporter for Univision Communications Inc. in 1993-1994. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, and Human Resources from Universidad Juan Agustín Maza, completed between 1979 and 1984.
