Ajay Raman

Ajay Raman, PSP, is an experienced professional in project controls and scheduling, currently serving as Assistant Vice President at WSP since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ajay held various positions at Zachry Construction Corporation, including Area Scheduler and Field Engineer/Scheduler, and was a Project Scheduler for the significant $1.1 billion SH 99 Grand Parkway F-G project at Zachry Odebrecht Parkway Builders. Ajay's earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Project Manager at CBRE Asia Pacific, managing design coordination, project planning, and contract management. Ajay's career also encompasses roles as Field Engineer at Zachry Corporation and Project Controls Engineer at Glenn Fuqua Inc, alongside a tenure as Senior Executive at Jones Lang LaSalle, where responsibilities included site supervision and resource tracking. Ajay began a professional journey as a Design Engineer at Plan Source LLC, focusing on land development projects in Virginia. Educationally, Ajay holds an MS in Construction Engineering and Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
