Alan Apps

Alan Apps currently serves as the Network Lead for the Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire region at the Association for Project Management, a voluntary role undertaken since December 2019, focused on engaging with corporate members and promoting their achievements. Additionally, Alan holds the position of ChPP Assessor at WSP since April 2018. Previously, Alan has extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at Arcadis and played a crucial role in the A66 Transpennine route study for National Highways. With a background that includes project management roles at MOUCHEL LIMITED and National Highways, alongside earlier civil engineering positions at Atkins and Pell Frischmann, Alan brings a wealth of expertise in civil engineering and project management. Academically, Alan holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Newcastle University, obtained in September 1997.
