Alan Newcombe

Alan Newcombe currently serves as the Practice Lead for Municipal Engineering West at WSP, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alan held the position of Manager of Infrastructure for the Calgary Region at WSP in Canada since May 2021. Alan has extensive experience in municipal infrastructure, having served as the Infrastructure Divisional Director at the City of Kelowna from September 2014 to May 2021. Alan's career also includes roles such as Project Manager at Newcombe Hill Ranch, where support was provided for AECOM in Afghanistan, and Vice President at Delcan Corporation. Additionally, Alan held various engineering positions at the City of Kelowna from 1996 to 2008. Alan completed education at the University of Alberta.
