Allison Carrillo

Allison Carrillo is a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at WSP, serving as a recruiter for the West Earth & Environment sector across California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southwest Mountain Region since June 2022. Prior to this role, Allison was a Talent Acquisition Partner at Solar Turbines from June 2017 to June 2022, focusing on early talent recruitment and previously on finance, accounting, supply chain, and production. Allison's career began at FTD Companies as a Talent Acquisition Assistant/Recruiter and included experience as an Admissions Counselor at Ashford University.
