Amanda Pockar

Amanda Pockar is an accomplished HR professional with a strong background in employee experience and human resources. Currently serving as an Employee Experience Coordinator at WSP since June 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Scovan Engineering from May 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bethany Care Society as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where over 300 employees were recruited for a new site and a transition to an e-filing system was facilitated, and as a Human Resources Student at Triovest, managing benefits documentation and onboarding processes. Amanda's career began as an Office Assistant at Peregrine Oil Field Supplies, where competitive research and customer account management were key responsibilities, alongside earlier experience as a Pro Shop Sales Associate at Hamptons Golf Course. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary, earned between 2017 and 2022, following the attainment of a high school diploma from Rundle Schools.
