Andrew Spence

Andrew Spence is an experienced professional in civil engineering, currently serving as an Associate Director and Senior Project Manager at WSP since August 2006. Prior roles include Divisional Manager at Balfour Beatty Management from 2006 to 2009, Area Manager at Balfour Beatty Construction from 2003 to 2006, Operations Manager at Birse Civils Ltd from 1993 to 1998, and Site Agent at Tarmac between 1980 and 1989.
