Andy Batson, AICP, is a Principal Director in Mid-Atlantic North Rail & Transit, specializing in multimodal operations and management for public transportation agencies and state DOTs. Previously, they served as Chief of the Urban Transit Division and Chief of Transit Planning and Project Delivery at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Andy has extensive experience in improving transportation leadership and has successfully secured over $80 million in grants to enhance public transportation efforts. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning along with a Bachelor's in Political Science at the University of Florida, Andy continues to influence the field through innovative planning and project delivery.
