Asaf Yaffe

Asaf Yaffe is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management and finance. Currently serving as Project Control Manager at WSP since December 2019, Asaf leads operational aspects of the Jerusalem light train project, managing various stakeholders and overseeing critical components such as scheduling, contract management, and risk assessment. Previously, Asaf held positions including Procurement and Tenders Manager at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where responsibilities included rehabilitating a purchasing department with a significant budget, and Director at Business Development by AY, focusing on investment in real estate and renewable energy sectors. Asaf has also served as General Manager at Madison Development, where expertise in real estate projects and land acquisition was applied, and as CFO and Chief Economist at Clalit Health Services, where management of substantial procurement operations was essential.
