Ashley Gimer

Ashley Gimer is a seasoned environmental scientist with extensive expertise in natural resource evaluations and technical studies. Currently serving as the Lead Environmental Scientist and Project Manager at WSP since November 2025, Ashley has previously held key positions at Environmental Science Associates as both a Principal Environmental Scientist and Senior Environmental Scientist from August 2022 to September 2025. Additional experience includes roles as Project Manager at Harris & Associates and Environmental Specialist at Flatiron Construction. Ashley began the professional journey as an Engineering Technician III at Intertek Engineering Consulting and also contributed as the Assistant Construction Materials Testing Department Manager at SUMMIT Engineering, Laboratory & Testing, Inc. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Geological and Earth Sciences from Virginia Wesleyan University.
