Ben Wilson

Ben Wilson is an accomplished Mechanical Engineer and Technical Program Manager with a strong background in mechanical design, manufacturing, and operations. They have extensive experience managing complex technical projects, including a significant role as Project Manager for the Canadian Coast Guard’s Polar Ice Breaker at Seaspan ULC, where they oversaw a budget of $1.2 billion. Currently serving as Principal Project Manager at WSP since 2023, Ben has a proven track record in critical thinking and providing innovative solutions to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Ben holds a BEng and MSc in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham.
