Bernward Hay is a seasoned environmental scientist and project manager with extensive experience in environmental services, focusing on marine and coastal studies, renewable energy, and environmental impact assessments. Beginning a career as a Postdoctoral Investigator at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution from 1987 to 1989, Bernward contributed to environmental studies and ocean monitoring projects. A long tenure with Louis Berger from 1989 to 2019 as Principal Environmental Scientist involved managing environmental impact assessments for various coastal and marine projects.
