Caitlin DeWolfe, PE, is a water resources engineer specializing in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, flood risk mitigation, and resilient infrastructure. They have experience in both the public sector with FEMA's RiskMAP program and in the private sector, focusing on watershed modeling, stormwater management, and dam safety.
