Carla Evans

Carla Evans is a seasoned professional in spatial information management and digital design, currently serving as the Director of Spatial Information Management and Digital Design for Ontario Earth and Environment at WSP since January 2023. Prior to this role, Carla held the position of Director of Spatial Information Management at Golder, where responsibilities included overseeing GIS, CAD, information management, and development from May 1999 until January 2023. Carla began the career as a Senior GIS Analyst and holds a Master of Science degree in Environment, GIS, and Remote Sensing from Western University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
