Charles Heafner, PE, CFM is the Vice President and Charlotte Water Group Lead at WSP, where they have been since 2010. Previously, Charles worked as a Design Engineer at Robinson & Sawyer, Inc. from 1996 to 2003 and as a Civil Engineer at Stantec from 2003 to 2010. Charles is currently pursuing a BS in Civil Engineering Technology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
