Chris Calef is a principal transport designer currently employed at WSP, having previously held roles at Stantec and AECOM as a principal aviation engineer. Since relocating to New Zealand in January 2007, they provided civil engineering services at Beca, specializing in roading and airport design, along with projects such as the Waikato Expressway and Mackays to Peka Peka Expressway. Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a civil engineer at GHD and Lenard Engineering, gaining experience in water mains, sewer systems, and bridge design. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Central Connecticut State University.
