Christopher Lander is a seasoned meteorologist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Meteorologist at WSP since September 2022. Prior roles include Analytics Lead and Senior Meteorologist at Wood from November 2018 onwards, and Lead Meteorologist at Oceans Ltd. from September 2007 to November 2018, where responsibilities included providing 24-hour weather forecast services to the offshore oil industry and delivering detailed weather briefings to clients. Earlier experience includes a meteorologist position at Environment Canada, focusing on statistical downscaling, as well as weather observation at Bonavista Contract Services. Christopher holds a Graduate Diploma in Meteorology from Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.
