Culley Thomas

Culley Thomas is a Vice President specializing in sustainability, energy, and climate change, currently at WSP. With extensive expertise in ESG strategy, Culley has developed corporate sustainability programs and climate action tools, guiding organizations in greenhouse gas emissions reduction and net zero planning. Previously, Culley served as Head of ESG Strategy and Implementation at ADEC Innovations and held leadership roles at AECOM and C40 Cities, reflecting a proven track record in managing complex sustainability projects globally. Culley earned a Master’s of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Environmental Policy at the University of California, Davis.
