Daniel Arlett is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Mobility for Central Europe at WSP since June 2023, Daniel has a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and engaging with stakeholders across various organizational levels. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Recruitment Manager at WSP in the UK from November 2017 to June 2024, focusing on recruitment for Rail and Project & Commercial Services. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Arcadis, where Daniel specialized in Infrastructure, Industry & Utilities, and Resource Advisor/Resource Planning Manager at G4S, providing support to the Resourcing and HR team. Daniel's career began in the HM Forces, where service spanned from November 1986 to March 2011, culminating in the rank of WO1 after a diverse military career.
