Daniel Irwin is a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with a comprehensive background in the mining and mineral processing industry. Currently at WSP since July 2021, Daniel has previously held key positions including Plant Metallurgist at SIMEC Mining Whyalla and Process Engineer roles at Yancoal Australia Ltd and A&B Mylec Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included offering process support during the commissioning of the Moatize 2 CHPP. Additionally, Daniel has extensive experience from a tenure at QCC Resources, serving first as a Process Engineer and later as a Senior Process Engineer, where expertise was applied in consulting study work and site-based commissioning for various CHPP projects. Daniel earned a degree from the University of Newcastle, completing studies between 1993 and 2003.
