Daniel Scott

Daniel Scott is an experienced data science and analytics professional, currently serving as Chief Data Scientist at WSP since March 2023. Previously, Daniel held the same title at Arcadis Gen from July 2020 to March 2023, and served as Director of Analytics at both Arcadis Gen and SEAMS, where responsibilities included developing an advisory service to integrate analytics into business processes. Daniel's prior experience includes significant roles at Transport for London, where leadership responsibilities encompassed asset management for track and civils assets, as well as strategy development for the Wheel Rail Interface. Daniel's career began at Metronet Rail, progressing from Graduate Mechanical Engineer to Project Manager, focused on engineering projects related to the Victoria Line. Daniel holds a first-class MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lancaster University.
