David Higgins is an experienced executive in the data centre and technology sectors, currently serving as the Director and EMEA Data Centre Sector Leader at WSP since March 2024, focusing on strategic direction and growth within the Mission Critical and Data Centre sector. Prior to WSP, David held several key leadership positions at AECOM, including Director and Technology Sector Leader, where responsibilities included setting strategies for the Technology and Data Centre markets in Europe and India. David also served as Global Alliance Director for Data Centre Solutions at CBRE GWS EMEA, and was Solutions Director for Critical Environments at E.ON UK, concentrating on sales development in data centre facilities. Earlier, David owned and directed V2 Management Ltd, specializing in strategic consultancy for the energy and technology sectors. David holds a Diploma in Management from the University of Reading.
